Fiscal Detail and Notes
Any additional cost to the Real Estate Commission within the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation, Office of Licensing and Registration and the Department of Environmental Protection associated with adopting rules can be absorbed by both agencies utilizing existing budgeted resources. Any additional costs to the Bureau of Health within the Department of Human Services for the required report can be absorbed by the Department within existing resources.
