	The additional costs associated with adopting rules to establish and administer the Maine Renewable Resource Fund to support research, development and demonstration community projects will be absorbed by the Public Utilities Commission utilizing existing budgeted resources.  The required allocations and increase in revenue for the Maine Renewable Resource Fund is currently unknown at this time.
