	Repealing the ability of parties to seek a right to sue letter from the Maine Human Rights Commission in lieu of investigation after 180 days could add potentially 65-80 cases to be investigated each year.  This additional workload may neccesitate the need for additional staff at the Maine Human Rights Commission.
