| The Office of Licensing and Registration within the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation will require a deallocation of Other Special Revenue Funds of $4,474 in fiscal year 2003-04 and $4,556 in fiscal year 2004-05 as a result of the elimination of state licensing of boxers, wrestlers, and transient sellers. This measure will also reduce dedicated revenue for the Athletic Commission and Transient Sellers by $51,339 beginning in fiscal year 2003-04. | |||||||
