	This bill includes an Other Special Revenue Funds deallocation of  $2,778 in fiscal year 2004-05 for the Office of Licensing and Registration within the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation as a result of the elimination of state licensing of boxers and wrestlers.  This measure also reduces dedicated revenue for the Athletic Commission by $21,000 beginning in fiscal year 2004-05.
