Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment delays the loss of dedicated revenue associated with the elimination of state licensing of boxers and wrestlers and the repeal of the Athletic Commission until July 1, 2006.  The losses in fiscal year 2006-07 and beyond remain.
	The additional cost to the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation associated with the reporting requirements can be absorbed utilizing existing budgeted resources.
