	The fiscal impact of extending the ground lease term of the specified property at the Long Creek Youth Development Center can not be determined at this time.  Currently an option agreement exists between the state and another entity that stipulates that financial terms must be reached by June of 2003.  Given this current situation,  it is unknown what the terms for extending this lease to 90 years will be.
