Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The establishment of new license surcharge fees will result in an increase in dedicated revenues that the Department of Marine Resources will deposit into the newly established Scallop Research Fund; the estimated amounts are $75,375 and $100,500 in fiscal years 2003-04 and 2004-05, respectively.  As amended, the bill includes Other Special Revenue funds allocations of $75,375 and $100,500 in fiscal years 2003-04 and 2004-05, respectively.
