	The requirement that privately owned or leased multiline telephone systems must provide certain E-9-1-1 information when the systems are newly installed or replaced, may represent a significant cost to departments and agencies within Maine State government. The amounts will depend on what leased telephone systems are installed or replaced in state agencies; the amounts can not be determined at this time.
