	Removing the Maine State Prison property in Thomaston from the requirement that proceeds from its sale be dedicated to the Maine State Housing Authority's Housing Opportunities for Maine Fund will reduce the amount that goes to that fund and increase the amount that would go to the General Fund.  The sale price of the property will be set by an independent appraiser.
