Correctional and Judicial Impact Statements:
	Establishes a new civil violation.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The enforcement of certain tree harvesting standards will require a total of 7 new positions within the Department of Conservation at a General Fund cost of $475,575 in fiscal year 2004-05.  The Judicial Department will incur minor costs associated with setting up a dedicated account to be used for the Bureau of Forestry's education and enforcement activities.  The anticipated increase in annual revenue for this dedicated account can not be determined at this time.
