	As amended, the terms of this resolve state that if the Department of Conservation transfers a particular piece of state-owned property to School Administrative District No. 16, then the State shall be remunerated for the value of the property, either by lease or sale.  The estimated value of this piece of property is between $150,000 and $200,000.  The district may enter into an option agreement with a three year term with the State for the sale or lease of the property.  The actual dedicated revenue that may be realized from the transfer of this property will depend on the form of transfer and the fair market value of the property at the time of the transaction; the amounts can not be determined at this time.
