Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Employment Security Services program, the Employment Services Activity program and the Administration-Labor program within the Department of Labor will require additional Federal Expenditures Fund allocations of $9,760,000 in fiscal year 2003-04 due to Reed Act funds being transferred to these programs from the Employment Security Administration Fund to maintain and operate the State's unemployment and employment offices.
