Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill includes Federal Expenditures Fund allocations of $4,000,000 in fiscal year 2003-04 and $1,560,000 in fiscal year 2004-05 for the Employment Security Services program within the Department of Labor associated with the 2002 Reed Act Distribution funds being transferred to this program.  The Department of Labor anticipates transferring $1,400,000 in fiscal year 2005-06 and $1,400,000 in fiscal year 2006-07 for the continued support of the State's employment and unemployment offices.  The $1,400,000 balance of the $9,760,000 in Reed Act Distribution funds authorized for use by this legislation will be drawn down in fiscal year 2007-08.
