	This amendment reduces the amount of bonds authorized by $3,700,000 to a new total of $90,100,000.  The transportation bond is reduced by $1,000,000, the environmental bond is increased by $800,000 and the education bond is reduced by $3,500,000.  The net change is expressed below.
