Other Special Revenue Funds staff attorney position will be needed in the
Bureau of Insurance for the start-up and ongoing support of the new
program. The bill makes no provision
for revenue for this purpose.
Therefore, existing Bureau of Insurance fees and assessments would be
used to finance these costs. |
