Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill will require a General Fund appropriation to the State Planning Office within the Executive Department in the amount of $23,600 in fiscal year 2004-05, $15,600 in fiscal year 2005-06 and $15,600 in fiscal year 2006-07.  This appropriation will provide funds for the development of a manual and related training, printing and mailing costs.  The first year is higher because of the one-time manual development.
