Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Allowing the admission into evidence of certain out-of-court statements by minors will require a General Fund appropriation to the Judicial Department in the amount of $71,982 in fiscal year 2004-05.  This appropriation will provide funds to cover the cost of the additional judge time required as well as related court security and clerical support.
