	This amendment eliminates the General Fund appropriation of $20,000 to the Legislature in fiscal year 2004-05 and authorizes the State House and Capitol Park Commission to seek and accept outside sources of funding to commission this portrait.  It also includes the required allocation of Other Special Revenue to the Legislature of $20,000 in fiscal year 2004-05 in the event funds are received for this purpose.
