| The expansion of the sex offender registry requirements will require an additional Data Entry Specialist position within the State Police program in the Department of Public Safety. The department will require an additional General Fund appropriation of $17,442 in fiscal year 2004-05 and an additional Highway Fund allocation of $29,699 in fiscal year 2004-05. | |||||||
