	This bill includes an allocation from the Conservation Administration Fund to the Public Utilities Commission in the amount of $258,254 in fiscal year 2004-05.  This allocation provides funds for a Director of Energy Programs position, one Utility Analyst position and one Secretary position created to carry out activities related to energy efficiency activities.
