Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The issuance of special registration plates to members of federally recognized tribes will require a one-time additional Highway Fund allocation of $9,586 in fiscal year 2005-06 to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles within the Department of the Secretary of State.  This additional cost will be reimbursed by the federally recognized tribes, thereby resulting in a one-time Highway Fund revenue increase of $9,586 in fiscal year 2005-06.
