| The Safety Education and Training program within the Department of Labor will require an Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $53,083 in fiscal year 2004-05 for one Labor and Safety Inspector position and related all other costs to support the requirements of this legislation. This estimate assumes an August 1, 2004 effective date. The bill allows the Department of Labor to assess a fee to the affected employers to offset the cost of this legislation to the department. | |||||||
