Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment reduces the General Fund cost of the bill by $10,791 in fiscal year 2004-05.  It also adds an Other Special Revenue funds allocation of $10,791 in the event revenue is available for transfer from the Companion Animal Sterilization Fund to reimburse the costs incurred by Maine Revenue Services.
