	This bill is expected to reduce income tax collections by $75,000 in fiscal year 2003-04 and $800,000 in fiscal year 2004-05.  This revenue loss will result in a General Fund revenue decrease of $71,175 in fiscal year 2003-04 and $759,200 in fiscal year 2004-05.
