Requiring the State Planning Office within the Executive Department to compile municipal budgets will require a General Fund appropriation in the amount of $20,467 in fiscal year 2004-05, $20,979 in fiscal year 2005-06 and $21,503 in fiscal year 2006-07.  This appropriation will provide funds for a part-time Planning and Research Associate II and one -time set up costs to administer this new program.
