	This amendment reduces the General Fund cost of the bill by $4,400,000 per year beginning in fiscal year 2004-05.
	As amended, this bill includes a General Fund appropriation of $100,000 in fiscal year 2004-05 to the Maine State Cultural Affairs Council for the New Century Community Program.
