	This bill includes an Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $200,000 in fiscal year 2004-05 to reflect a one-time transfer from the E-9-1-1 Fund within the Public Utilities Commission to the Communications Equipment Fund within the Department of Labor's Bureau of Rehabilitation Services - Division of Deafness to purchase text-message pagers for persons who are deaf or hard-of-hearing.
