| This amendment has no net effect on Other Special Revenue Funds. The deletion of the Fund to Encourage Racing at Maine's Commercial Tracks will decrease the Other Special Revenue Funds allocations and revenues for the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources by $633,957 in fiscal year 2004-05. These losses will be offset by increases in Other Special Revenue Funds allocations and revenues of $158,489 in fiscal year 2004-05 for both the Finance Authority of Maine and the Maine community College System and an increase of $316,979 in revenues and allocations for the Department of Human Services. | |||||||
