Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment has no net effect on Other Special Revenue Funds.  The deletion of the Fund to Stabilize Off-Track Betting Facilities will decrease the Other Special Revenue Funds allocations and revenues for the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources by $316,979 in fiscal year 2004-05.  These losses will be offset by an increase in Other Special Revenue Funds allocations and revenues of the same amount in fiscal year 2004-05 for the Department of Economic and Community Development.
