| The fiscal estimate for this bill currently presumes that a licensed facility will begin operating by January 2005. Under the requirements of this amendment, if the licensed facility is not operational by January 1, 2005 and the licensing process is reopened, the subsequent delay will result in significant changes for the funding impacts previously identified. The changed amounts will depend on the date by which a new licensee is approved by the Gambling Control Board and can not be determined at this time. | |||||||
