	The bill will increase the amount of reimbursement collected by state and local governments for fire suppression costs incurred from out-of-doors fires.  The amount of restitution can not be determined and may vary from year to year depending on the frequency and severity of such fires.  Any restitution received by the state would probably be split between dedicated accounts in the Department of Conservation and the General Fund.
