	As amended, this bill requires the Department of Education to distribute $1,365,855 of the unencumbered balance forward in fiscal year 2003-04 in the General Purpose Aid for Local Schools General Fund account to the local school administrative units through the funding formula in fiscal year 2004-05.
	This amendment will increase the General Fund cost of the bill by $1,365,855 in fiscal year 2003-04.
