| The change to a one-acre disturbance threshold under the State Storm water permitting laws will result in an increase in annual dedicated revenues to the Maine Environmental Protection Fund of approximately $5,000 per year. This estimate is based on 50 additional applications at $100 per application. The additional administrative costs associated with handling 50 additional permit applications can be absorbed by the Department of Environmental Protection utilizing existing budgeted resources. | |||||||
