	The Department of Human Services will require one new Comprehensive Health Planner II position to collect, evaluate and follow-up on data required to be submitted by drug manufacturers under the bill.  While it is not assumed in this fiscal note, this position may be eligible for federal Medicaid administrative matching funds.
