	Reducing the 2004 state valuation for the Town of East Millinocket will result in an increase in state subsidy from the General Purpose Aid for Local Schools program within the Department of Education for  the Town of East Millinocket in fiscal year 2004-05. The amount can not be determined at this time.  Increasing the amount of funding received by the Town of East Millinocket for General Purpose Aid for Local Schools in fiscal year 2004-05 will reduce the amount of school subsidy available for distribution to all other local school units in the State.  The impact to each individual unit can not be determined at this time.  Maine Revenue Services can absorb the minimal administrative costs associated with this bill.
