Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The establishment of the Certified Seed Fund program within the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources will require offsetting Other Special Revenue Funds allocations and deallocations of $825,051 for fiscal year 2004-05.  Similarly, Other Special Revenue Funds revenues of $928,000 that are budgeted to be collected by the Division of Plant Industry program in fiscal year 2004-05 will now be collected by the Certified Seed Fund program.
	The reduction of the number of members in the Pull Events Commission will result in minor savings for the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources.
