	Reducing the number of board members that serve on the Workers' Compensation Board will result in a decrease in per diem and other related costs associated with serving on the board.  Appointing an Executive Director may also generate savings if the new appointee is paid at a lower step than the incumbent, who is at the top step of the same range.  The amount of any savings can not be determined at this time.
