	This bill requires the Legislative Youth Advisory Council to conduct a series of statewide public forums and specifically invites legislators to participate.  The additional cost of legislative participation can not be determined at this time since it is unknown how many legislators will participate and how many forums will be held.
	Additional costs to the Department of Education associated with convening the task force can be absorbed utilizing existing budgeted resources.
