Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment will decrease the General Fund cost of the bill by $2,105,983 in fiscal year 2004-05.  Based on the estimated year-end balances for both fiscal years, this amendment maintains a balanced budget for each fiscal year of the 2004-2005 biennium.  It also increases the Highway Fund balance by $898,553 in fiscal year 2004-05.
