	This bill requires a referendum to ratify the changing of the name of Township 17, Range 5, WELS to Cross Lake.  The additional costs associated with this mandate will be minor. Pursuant to the Mandate Preamble, the two-thirds vote of all members elected to each House exempts the State from the constitutional requirement to fund 90% of the additional local costs.
