This
amendment will decrease the Highway Fund cost of the bill by $1,177,772 in
fiscal year 2003-04 and will increase the Highway Fund cost of the bill by
$1,376,643 in fiscal year 2004-05.
Based on the estimated year-end balances for both fiscal years, this
amendment maintains a balanced budget for each fiscal year of the 2004-2005
biennium. |
