Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment decreases the Other Special Revenue Funds resources of the Bureau of Insurance within the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation by $750,000 and increases the dedicated resources of the Office of the Commissioner within the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources by that same amount in fiscal year 2004-05.
	This amendment also decreases the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund by $750,000 and increases the dedicated resources of the Other Special Revenue Funds resources of the Bureau of Insurance  by that same amount in fiscal year 2005-06.
