| PL 2003, chapter 20 eliminated the cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) in annual legislative salary for the Second Regular Session of the 121st and First Regular Session of the 122nd and the associated funds were deappropriated in fiscal year 2003-04 and fiscal year 2004-05. The amount of savings in fiscal year 2005-06 and fiscal year 2006-07 will depend on the change in the CPI and is not known at this time. The amounts deappropriated for fiscal year 2003-04 and fiscal year 2004-05 were $65,570 and $112,903, respectively. | |||||||||
