An Act To Create a License Plate for the Elks Organization

B.__Five dollars to the Specialty License Plate Fund
established in section 469 for administrative and production
costs.
5.__Special fund established.
__The Treasurer of State shall
establish the Elks Special Programs Fund into which fees paid for
Elks registration plates are deposited pursuant to subsections 2
and 4 to fund programs supported by the Elks.
SUMMARY
This bill authorizes the issuance of a special registration
plate for the Benevolent Protective Order of Elks that will fund
special programs of that fraternal and civic organization.
