Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and
allocations are made.

 
DEFENSE, VETERANS AND EMERGENCY

 
MANAGEMENT, DEPARTMENT OF

 
Veterans Services

 
Initiative: Appropriates funds for the State's share of the
costs of constructing a veterans' cemetery in Springvale. The
General Fund will be reimbursed for this cost with funds from the
Federal Government.
