Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
CONCEPT DRAFT
SUMMARY
This bill is a concept draft pursuant to Joint Rule 208.
This bill proposes to require that the pricing formula the
State adopts for liquor be made available to the public. The
State must give notice of price changes and provide an
opportunity for interested parties to make comments. The
resulting liquor prices must be based upon an objective standard.
