Sec. 1. 20-A MRSA §13451, sub-§3, ¶¶B and C, as amended by PL 2003, c. 451, Pt. OO, §1, are further amended to read:

B. Thirty-five percent from July 1, 2002 to until July 31, 2003; and

C. Forty percent after from July 31, 2003. to July 31, 2005; and

Sec. 2. 20-A MRSA §13451, sub-§3, ¶D is enacted to read:

D.__Forty-five percent after July 31, 2005.

SUMMARY

This bill increases the State's contribution for health insurance for retired educators from 40% to 45% after July 31, 2005.
