| | | Sec. 1. 29-A MRSA §457, sub-§5, ¶¶B and C, as enacted by PL 1993, c. | | 683, Pt. A, §2 and affected by Pt. B, §5, are amended to read: |

| | | B. The equipment and its condition; and |

| | C. Permissible modifications; and |
|
| | | Sec. 2. 29-A MRSA §457, sub-§5, ¶D, as enacted by PL 1993, c. 683, Pt. | | A, §2 and affected by Pt. B, §5, is repealed. |

| | | This bill repeals the requirement of membership in a qualified | | street rod owners organization to qualify a vehicle as a street | | rod. |
|
|
