Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §13068-A, sub-§16, ¶A, as enacted by PL 2003, c. 655, Pt. B, §380 and affected by §422, is amended by amending sub- ¶¶(21) and (22) to read:

(21) Operate a motorboat having more than 10 horsepower on Adams Pond, Foster Pond or Otter Pond in the Town of Bridgton in Cumberland County; or

(22) Operate a motorboat having more than 10 horsepower on Pickerel Pond in the territory of T.32 MD in Hancock County.; or

Sec. 2. 12 MRSA §13068-A, sub-§16, ¶A, as enacted by PL 2003, c. 655, Pt. B, §380 and affected by §422, is amended by enacting sub- ¶(23) to read:

(23)__Operate a motorboat on Hall Pond in the Town of Paris in Oxford County.

Sec. 3. 12 MRSA §13071-A, sub-§4, ¶A, as enacted by PL 2003, c. 655, Pt. B, §384 and affected by §422, is amended by amending sub- ¶¶(32) and (33) to read:

(32) Highland Lake or Woods Pond in the Town of Bridgton in Cumberland County if the personal watercraft is rented and does not display a decal identifying the rental agency that owns the personal watercraft; or

(33) Lake St. George in the Town of Liberty.; or

Sec. 4. 12 MRSA §13071-A, sub-§4, ¶A, as enacted by PL 2003, c. 655, Pt. B, §384 and affected by § 422, is amended by enacting sub- ¶(34) to read:

(34)__Hall Pond in the Town of Paris in Oxford County.

Sec. 5. 12 MRSA §13106-A, sub-§26 is enacted to read:

26.__Operating snowmobile on Hall Pond; prohibition.__A person may not operate a snowmobile on Hall Pond in the Town of Paris in Oxford County.

A.__A person who violates this subsection commits a civil violation for which a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500 may be adjudged.
